School Counselors (2025–26)
The School Counselors Community of Practice empowers participants new to AVID with the knowledge and skills needed to support AVID Schoolwide. This collaborative experience will prepare participants to define and elevate their role by examining the AVID College and Career Readiness Framework and its connection to school counseling. Participants will engage with strategies to build and enhance relational capacity at their site by fostering strong, supportive relationships with the school community. Together, we will explore ways to overcome challenges, share best practices, and create lasting impact for all students.
