Site Coordinators Level 1 (2025–26)

The Site Coordinators Level 1 Community of Practice provides participants with the foundational knowledge, skills, and resources needed to manage a strong AVID implementation and accelerate the schoolwide impact of their AVID College and Career Readiness System. AVID Site Coordinators will examine the AVID College and Career Readiness Framework and the AVID implementation instruments. Participants will leverage and align the four AVID Schoolwide Domains—Instruction, Systems, Leadership, and Culture—to foster sustainable change that transforms educators and campuses. This course explores the essential role Site Coordinators play in promoting college and career readiness for all students.

Plus, time is provided before or after virtual learning for individuals to further reflect or for sites and districts to host their own activities.
