Are you ready to implement AVID Summer Bridge in your district? Follow the steps below to get started. Contact [email protected] if you have any questions!
- Submit the form at least 8 weeks before the date you plan to implement.
- Contact the AVID District Director for portal completion.
- The AVID Summer Bridge contract can be a separate contract or combined with the district implementation contract.
The contract will be sent for signature to the Contract contact within 2 weeks of the portal form submission.
AVID Center will grant eLearning access once the contract is signed. If applicable, curriculum will be shipped once both a signed contract and payment (or payment order) have been received; physical materials cannot be released until these steps are completed.
Access to the License Management Tool is granted once we receive your signed contract. The designated Summer Bridge Contact and/or the District Director will receive an email with instructions for using the tool to enroll staff in their eLearning courses.
