  • For Face-to-Face Events
    During COVID-19

    The safety and health of our educators and communities are very important to us. For face-to-face trainings and professional learning events on the calendar for 2020, we continue to monitor the feasibility of hosting those events in specific locations. For any face-to-face PL you have paid for, but that need to cancel due to COVID-19, we will provide a voucher for a future training or professional learning event, or waive any cancellation or processing fees and provide a full refund.

    In the meantime, we hope that you will consider pivoting with us toward virtual professional learning.

    Rest Assured Policy

    AVID Center is committed to your success and to delivering the best professional learning possible. We want to make sure that you and your teams have an impactful and fulfilling professional learning experience, and we will work with you to select new dates.

    If you need to cancel, here is our policy:

    • If you cancel up to 5 business days prior to your digital learning experience, you can reschedule or receive a full credit or refund.

    • If you cancel with less than 5 business days’ notice prior to the start of your digital learning experience, or do not attend the event without canceling, you will be eligible for a credit minus a $75 cancellation fee.
