Participants should park in designated visitor parking in the circle drive in front of the school, or in other parking areas marked for visitors.

An AVID Showcase is an in-person event where educators can observe AVID strategies in action, share best practices, and learn hands-on about AVID implementations. The experience includes classroom observations, discussions with experienced AVID teachers, administrators, and students, and access to various AVID resources and tools.

Participants are responsible for travel, lodging, and transportation arrangements to and from the event.
