Showcase Focus:
Scholar Stripes: Where Culture Inspires Curiosity and Courage: Where students lead with heart, voice, and vision in a culture that celebrates curiosity and courage. Through AVID strategies, vulnerability, and a commitment to asking for help, our scholars grow as empowered learners and compassionate leaders. Rooted in our relationships-first approach and supported by productive struggle TOHO students thrive in a learning environment that values connection, resilience, and belonging. This showcase highlights how our Tiger scholars use their voices to shape a vibrant school culture—one that inspires excellence, nurtures growth, and builds a community where every student is proud to wear their Scholar Stripes.
Does “All Students” Mean “All Students” at Your School or District?

We invite superintendents, district leadership, principals, and teacher leaders to see how schools are implementing AVID nationwide to:

  • Ensure student success by incorporating WICOR® (Writing, Inquiry, Collaboration, Organization, and Reading) strategies throughout all classrooms to support increased rigor schoolwide.

  • Provide ongoing professional learning for staff and site-based coaching.

  • Build collective educator agency to transform culture in support of all students.

  • Align the K–12 college and career readiness journey.
