Showcase Focus:
Join us for an AVID Elementary Showcase highlighting the intentional systems, instructional practices, and leadership structures that support student success.
Observe how strong site leadership—through the principal and AVID Site Team Coordinators—empowers and equips teachers to close the opportunity gap for all students. Learn how leaders model expectations, coach instructional practices, and sustain AVID implementation across the campus.
Explore classroom instruction where teachers intentionally embed WICOR strategies to ensure students are learning at grade level and beyond. Experience how AVID Emerge is leveraged to amplify language acquisition and accelerate student success.
Participants will leave inspired with practical ideas, strategies, and resources to strengthen AVID implementation at their own sites.
Does “All Students” Mean “All Students” at Your School or District?
We invite superintendents, district leadership, principals, and teacher leaders to see how schools are implementing AVID nationwide to:
Ensure student success by incorporating WICOR® (Writing, Inquiry, Collaboration, Organization, and Reading) strategies throughout all classrooms to support increased rigor schoolwide.
Provide ongoing professional learning for staff and site-based coaching.
Build collective educator agency to transform culture in support of all students.
Align the K–12 college and career readiness journey.
