Strategic Leadership + Collective Educator Agency = Student Success: Round Top Elementary's focus on strategic leadership helped strengthen systems to create routine opportunities for peer collaboration, resulting in increased collective educator agency among teachers and rigorous learning environments for students. Systems include highly productive PLCs, strengthened data access and literacy, identification of teacher experts/leaders, and facilitated peer collaboration among teachers to address adaptive changes.

An AVID Showcase is an in-person event where educators can observe AVID strategies in action, share best practices, and learn hands-on about AVID implementations. The experience includes classroom observations, discussions with experienced AVID teachers, administrators, and students, and access to various AVID resources and tools.
Participants are responsible for travel, lodging, and transportation arrangements to and from the event.
