Park in front of the school or preschool, with additional parking available on the street. Have state ID ready. Name Badges will be required for classroom visits, and will be available to registrants in the Multi Purpose Room at the front of the school (follow signs).
An AVID Showcase is an in-person event where educators can observe AVID strategies in action, share best practices, and learn hands-on about AVID implementations. The experience includes classroom observations, discussions with experienced AVID teachers, administrators, and students, and access to various AVID resources and tools.
Participants are responsible for travel, lodging, and transportation arrangements to and from the event.
