Event Focus:
Strong implementation begins with meaningful reflection and focused coaching. In this workshop, Site Teams will develop a deep understanding of the Secondary and Elementary AVID Implementation Tools and learn how to leverage them to support continuous improvement. Participants will explore strategies for using the tools to identify strengths, uncover opportunities for growth, and facilitate coaching conversations that lead to meaningful action. Teams will leave with practical approaches for guiding implementation, monitoring progress, and strengthening schoolwide systems that support college and career readiness for all students.
