Event Focus:
This workshop is designed to support AVID Elementary leadership teams in understanding the core elements of AVID Elementary and how to effectively implement and refine them on their campus. Focused on the AVID Elementary Implementation Models, participants investigate what it means to transform a single grade, expand across multiple grades, and position AVID to drive system-wide change. Through collaborative discussions and system-thinking approaches, attendees explore strategies for aligning practices and ensuring educator consistency to build a foundation of college and career readiness for all. Leadership teams leave with actionable insights and tools to guide next steps with implementation and refinement of AVID Elementary.
