Unlock the full potential of your site team by seeing high-leverage collaboration in action! Hosted at Monroe High School, this interactive workshop offers a unique look at how an effective site team systematizes planning, embeds WICOR strategies schoolwide, and aligns resources to drive student achievement through the School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA).
Participants will go beyond the module by observing live classroom instruction, viewing exclusive footage of Monroe's site team planning process, and collaborating with peer leaders to maximize AVID implementation and sustainability on their own campuses.
