Event Focus:
Ensuring every student has access to rigorous, grade-level learning requires both high expectations and intentional support. Yet many Leaders face challenges in addressing low expectations, shifting educator mindsets, and creating consistent instructional practices that help all students succeed. This workshop will help Leadership Teams explore how AVID's philosophy of rigor with support, combined with strategic implementation of WICOR, can strengthen Tier 1 instruction across classrooms. Participants will examine leadership moves that influence both mindset and practice, identify opportunities to increase student access to rigorous learning experiences, and develop strategies for supporting Educators in creating equitable pathways to success.
