Event Focus:
Imagine leaving with a clear roadmap for accelerating student success through intentional professional learning and meaningful family partnerships. In this collaborative experience, site and district teams will use the AVID College and Career Readiness Framework to identify student needs, prioritize professional learning opportunities, and build a strategic action plan using the Continuous Improvement Cycle. Participants will also explore strategies for strengthening family-school partnerships, designing engaging family workshops, and creating inclusive experiences that support college and career readiness. Through team discussions, planning activities, and practical application, participants will walk away with actionable plans, customized resources, and a shared vision for improving educator effectiveness, increasing family engagement, and driving stronger outcomes for all students. We will also provide Site Team work time for individual sites to plan.
