Event Focus:
This workshop is designed for AVID District Directors seeking to strengthen and sustain high-quality AVID implementation across their systems. Participants will engage in collaborative learning, explore diagnostic tools and processes that support continuous improvement, and discuss strategies for leveraging data to guide districtwide decision-making. The experience will also include a site classroom visit, providing an opportunity to observe AVID implementation in action, reflect on effective practices, and identify key look-fors that support quality and fidelity. Through discussion, observation, and shared learning, District Directors will leave with ideas and resources to support ongoing growth and impact.
