Site Coordinators Level 2 (2025–26)

The Site Coordinators Level 2 Community of Practice provides the foundation for leading and managing AVID refinement and sustainability at a site. Participants will deepen their understanding of the AVID College and Career Readiness Framework, the four AVID Schoolwide Domains, and the AVID implementation instruments to refine existing practices and develop new strategies for maximizing AVID’s effect at their site. This course deepens the understanding of the essential role AVID Site Coordinators play in achieving the mission of college and career readiness for all students. Site Coordinators will leave with personalized action steps to engage their Site Team in effective AVID implementation, contributing to AVID’s success and impact.
