Strategic Leadership for College and Career Readiness (2025–26)

The Strategic Leadership for College and Career Readiness Community of Practice engages teams of three or more district- and school-based leadership members in creating a strong infrastructure to lead change to support college and career readiness for all students. Participants will explore a defined leadership theory of action that addresses educator beliefs and behaviors, identifies campus-wide conditions, and supports AVID implementation and sustainability to ensure college and career readiness for all.
