Transformational AVID Leadership Level 3 (2025–26)

The Transformational AVID Leadership Level 3 Community of Practice deepens participants’ investigation of the AVID College and Career Readiness Framework, considering how AVID serves as a system driver to ensure all students on any campus get what they need to be college- and career-ready. This course challenges participants to apply essential leadership practices and skills so that AVID will have a lasting, systemic impact across schools and entire districts.

Considerations

This CoP is for site- and district-level leaders who have completed 2 years of AVID leadership professional learning.

Participants may enroll individually or as a group from the same site or district.

All group members must meet requirements for AVID background and leadership training experience.
