Creating Engaging and Rigorous Classrooms (2026–27)
Starting in June 2026

Creating Engaging and Rigorous Classrooms empowers elementary and secondary classroom educators and instructional leaders to create rigorous, student-centered classrooms using WICOR® strategies and the 4 A’s® of digital learning. Through hands-on collaboration, critical reading, and lesson design challenges, participants will learn to foster student agency, amplify voice and choice, and build relational capacity, transforming traditional instruction into engaging and equitable learning experiences.

3-day summer virtual professional learning event featuring real-time interaction with facilitators and peers nationwide in both a Community of Practice and a session illustrating ways to extend learning throughout the school year, engage in productive planning, and ignite inspiration campuswide. Plus, time is provided before or after virtual learning for individuals to further reflect or for sites and districts to host their own activities.
