Gina Gamnis serves as Vice President of Emerging Products & Services at AVID Center, where she leads the development and scaling of innovative programs that expand access, strengthen educator practice, and advance student success. Prior to joining AVID, Gina worked as a science teacher, AVID teacher, and district leader in South Washington County Schools in Minnesota, bringing both classroom and system-level perspective to her work.
With more than 13 years at AVID, Gina has held leadership roles across program management, regional executive leadership, and national strategy. Her work has focused on education systems, partnership development, and product innovation. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Education from the University of Minnesota, as well as an Education Specialist degree from Concordia University, St. Paul.
