Showcase Focus:
Small Rural School with emphasis on College and Career Readiness in a Global Society: Our AVID program proudly maintains a 100% college acceptance rate among AVID seniors, reflecting our commitment to equitable access and opportunity for all learners. By leveraging schoolwide relational capacity and fostering collective educator agency, we create a culture of shared responsibility and support where every teacher implements AVID methodologies, and every student benefits from them. Visitors will observe AVID Tutorials and WICOR based strategies across college and career content classes.
Does “All Students” Mean “All Students” at Your School or District?

We invite superintendents, district leadership, principals, and teacher leaders to see how schools are implementing AVID nationwide to:

  • Ensure student success by incorporating WICOR® (Writing, Inquiry, Collaboration, Organization, and Reading) strategies throughout all classrooms to support increased rigor schoolwide.

  • Provide ongoing professional learning for staff and site-based coaching.

  • Build collective educator agency to transform culture in support of all students.

  • Align the K–12 college and career readiness journey.
