Beyond the Binder: College, Career and Culture in Action
Step beyond organization and experience a culture in motion. This showcase offers a firsthand look at how AVID goes far beyond basic study habits, empowering students with critical thinking skills, rigorous habits, and the confidence to navigate college and career pathways. Through live classroom observations and student-led discussions, you will see how focused inquiry, collaborative learning, and a college and career focused mindset transform everyday instruction into lifelong opportunity.

An AVID Showcase is an in-person event where educators can observe AVID strategies in action, share best practices, and learn hands-on about AVID implementations. The experience includes classroom observations, discussions with experienced AVID teachers, administrators, and students, and access to various AVID resources and tools.
Participants are responsible for travel, lodging, and transportation arrangements to and from the event.
