The office and visitor parking lot is not large, so carpooling would be best. Parking on the street near the school is allowed. Be advised that the school has a bus drop-off lane without parking at the west side of campus. The Olive office is located off Magnolia Street at Bixby Avenue. We ask visitors to check in at the front office. Please look for the Green Ocelot flags as well as AVID signage.
An AVID Showcase is an in-person event where educators can observe AVID strategies in action, share best practices, and learn hands-on about AVID implementations. The experience includes classroom observations, discussions with experienced AVID teachers, administrators, and students, and access to various AVID resources and tools.
Participants are responsible for travel, lodging, and transportation arrangements to and from the event.
