Join us for an engaging AVID Showcase designed for educators who want to see how a K–5 school builds a thriving culture of academic success and collaboration. During your visit, you will: See how new teachers are onboarded into AVID systems and supported to implement best practices from day one. Experience how strong site leadership—through the principal and site coordinator—drives AVID success by modeling, coaching, and sustaining the work across the campus. Explore how teachers use WICOR Passports to document and reflect on their implementation of Writing, Inquiry, Collaboration, Organization, and Reading strategies across content areas.

Parking is available in the school parking lot located on the North side of the school.
An AVID Showcase is an in-person event where educators can observe AVID strategies in action, share best practices, and learn hands-on about AVID implementations. The experience includes classroom observations, discussions with experienced AVID teachers, administrators, and students, and access to various AVID resources and tools.
Participants are responsible for travel, lodging, and transportation arrangements to and from the event.
