The "A" Factor: Collective Educator Agency and AVID's Role in Building Systems and a Culture of High Expectations for Rigor in Early College High School - Discover how Travis Early College High School leverages AVID to implement systems and develop collective educator agency to intentionally cultivate a culture of high expectations for courses of rigor. Attendees will learn actionable strategies for using AVID as the catalyst to move beyond basic compliance and achieve the "A" in academic success and school accountability.

An AVID Showcase is an in-person event where educators can observe AVID strategies in action, share best practices, and learn hands-on about AVID implementations. The experience includes classroom observations, discussions with experienced AVID teachers, administrators, and students, and access to various AVID resources and tools.

Participants are responsible for travel, lodging, and transportation arrangements to and from the event.
