Event Description:
Routine use of Site Team Resources helps to align AVID implementation with site priorities and implementation goals to maximize the impact for all students at a school. Utilizing the Implementation Models, Site Goals and the Site Team Quarters at a Glance, participants will prioritize work and systemize processes that help ensure quality implementation and sustainability of AVID.
