Event Description:
This interactive workshop is designed for district and site leaders who are committed to quality AVID implementation in their respective districts. The focus will be on the effective utilization of the Elementary and Secondary Implementation Toos. Participants will gain a deep understanding of these tools and how they can be used to formulate insightful coaching questions. These questions will serve as a guide to engage with their sites, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement. The goal is to drive sites towards achieving quality implementation of AVID, thereby enhancing student success and readiness for college and career opportunities.
