Event Description:
In this part 1 of this This AVID Professional Learning Module (APLM), participants will engage in the first portion of the Continuous Improvement Cycle. Beginning with the Plan/Do phases of the cycle, participants will practice their observational skills using a variety of tools from the AVID Tutorial Guide. They will then commit to collecting data and continuing their learning through a self-study of Chapter 5: Coaching for Continuous Improvement. This workshop is intended for all Secondary AVID Elective Teachers with any level of experience who are looking to refine their practice. This is not an introduction to tutorials for the AVID Elective.
