This session supports new AVID Site Team members in preparing for a successful first-year implementation. Participants will reconnect to the purpose and impact of AVID, build on their summer professional learning, explore the role of the Site Team, and learn the key tasks, resources, and processes needed to establish a strong foundation for AVID success on their campus.
