Site Admin Level 1 Secondary (2026–27)

Site Administrators Level 1: Secondary (2026–27)
Starting in June 2026

Site Administrators Level 1 – Secondary equips secondary principals and site-level administrators who are new to AVID or relaunching implementation with the clarity, confidence, and purpose they need to lead. Grounded in the AVID College and Career Readiness Framework and AVID Schoolwide Domains, participants will explore how to build systems, foster culture, and model rigorous instruction through WICOR® strategies. Participants will dive into the AVID Elective model and actively explore the pivotal role site administrators play in bringing it to life through a focus on distributed leadership and collective educator agency, empowering them to be the AVID general contractor who drives sustainable change. Participants will leave with actionable tools, a clear purpose, and a roadmap to elevate college and career readiness for all students.
