Site Administrators Level 2 (2026–27)
Starting in June 2026

Site Administrators Level 2 builds leadership capacity to refine and sustain AVID implementation across all four AVID Schoolwide Domains: Instruction, Systems, Leadership, and Culture. Participants will strengthen their ability to cultivate an inclusive, student-centered campus culture aligned with the AVID College and Career Readiness Framework, apply systems thinking to enhance implementation, and lead AVID Site Teams with strategic collaboration. Participants will also deepen instructional impact by modeling and monitoring WICOR® strategies to ensure rigorous, high-quality learning in every classroom. This Community of Practice empowers leaders to foster collective educator agency and equips them with actionable plans to lead AVID with clarity, purpose, and long-term impact.
